Cornerstone & blog post issue

Hello,

I just made an article for my blog with cornerstone. But when I put it online, I only have the title, but not the texts or images added in my article with cornerstone. Everything was working normally before… I don’t understand. This issue is only on new post, not old ones.

Can you help me?

There might be some server limits that prevent the content to display. Before we investigate, please do the following troubleshooting steps below to help isolate the issue.

1. Testing For Plugin Conflict
2. Child Theme
3. Increasing Php Memory Limit

Only if none of the steps above helps, please give us the following info in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin username and password
• FTP credentials (ask your web host for this if you’re not familiar)

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

• I have a child theme
• I check the Php capacity of my server : it’s 2048Mo

Hi Céline,

I have checked and found the issue you described, I have also found that the page content is not saving and shows an error on other pages too. I would suggest you please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
