I created a page in cornerstone and accidentally imbedded a video while on visual composer (wp bakery). Now I can’t get rid of the video without deleting everything I built in cornerstone. Please help… how do I eliminate a video in composer while keeping everything in cornerstone? And why don’t they play nicely together? It’s very frustrating as they both are good but do different things.

Thanks for writing in! Please be advised that you cannot switched between editors. Please decide which one you will have to use. If you use Cornerstone, only use it and it will discard any changes you may have added outside of Cornerstone editor thus removing the video.

Right. I got that … how do I delete the video from visual composer now?
I am having a lot of difficulty with this theme and the customer support. At this point, I would like to delete it and ask for a refund. I reached out within a week and have still not received an answer to my question. Please tell me how to go about getting a refund.

Hey Karen,
If you edit the page in Cornerstone, everything that was built outside of it will be removed and overridden so basically, you won’t have to remove the video because there’s nothing to remove. If you want to see the replication of your case, please watch https://youtu.be/VIvMzp5j0KM
