Cornerstone and theme x not working as it should

HELLO AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE BEEFIRST MEDIA WEBSITE THEME X AND CORNERSTONE ARE WORKING CORRECTLY GIVING ME THE LAYOUT OPTIONS AS SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE. ON THE NEW SITE WHERE I HAVE BOUGHT THE THEME X AND CORNERSTONE IT DOES NOT SEEM TO BE CONFIGURING THE SAME. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP AS IM LOOSING YM MIND

Sometimes the only screenshot doesn’t help us to recognize the issue you are having. We need to examine your site to check what is the cause of your problem.
Hope you will not mind sharing your website credentials. Please provide the details of your site in a secure note, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

We have investigated your site and seems the Cornerstone is working fine while editing the existing page or creating any new page. Can you please specify the issue which you are having, any screenshot with a marked issue or any video will help us to diagnose the problem?

Well this how I am used to the elements and setting working

and this is how it is working now - I have the X theme installed with cornerstone - I dont understand how you can say it is workng fineas it is not working as i am used to - there is no edit with cornerstone - there is no cornerstone on my dashboard side bar

Hi Joe,

As my colleague said, there’s nothing wrong with your X theme and Cornerstone. As a matter of fact, I can edit your page with Cornerstone. I am not quite sure why your elements look like that but the functionality of the elements is just the same. Again there’s nothing wrong with your website, the builder is just working fine.

Cornerstone is not working as its own plugin i dont understand its just working through the x theme, II have just uninstalled cornerstone and it is still working with he theme

I aid for the cornerstone plugin separate from the theme. I am used to it with the layout as normal - I dont understand how you guys don’t know how to fix my problem. It doe snot work the same - for some reason there is no corener stone tab on my dashboard - no edit with cornerstone above any page its like i have a lite version that is not used with the theme

Hi Joe,

It has been now understandable by seeing your screenshot of the reference site i.e BeeFirstMedia and the Builder is shown in that screenshot. The builder shown in that screenshot is a very older version might be 1.3.0 or so, currently, the updated version is 4.2.3 and the output of the builder is quite changed.
I would recommend you to use the updated theme and plugin to avoid any conflicts, if you get any issue in the newer version please let us know.

Hi Joe,

To make the section full width, click the gear icon at the lower left on the page section.

Then on Page Template select " Blank - No Container | Header, Footer".
