Cornerstone and theme settings error

Hi there, I am getting a strange error with Cornerstone - when I try to either edit a page using it, or try to edit the theme settings, the page that loads is almost like it has lost it’s formatting, just a white page with lots of text links. I don’t even see the usual cornerstone page outline.
Can you help please? Thank you

Thanks for reaching out.

I can’t do initial checking as you have multiple sites in your account. Would you mind providing your site’s URL and admin login credentials in a secure note?

And this could be due to outdated Wordpress and cache, for the meantime, please update your Wordpress and disable the cache plugins or features too.
