Cornerstone and Theme Options don't open after updating cornerstone

Hi,

After upgrading the X Theme and Cornerstone, I can no longer access Theme Options or Cornerstone.
I disabled all the plugins and left only Cornerstone active but still couldn’t make it work.

I also increased the allocated memory by updating wp-config.php

Please advise how I can get X Theme to work again.

Hey @hkayali,

This usually is a result of low server memory. Please try the following possible solutions.

  1. Increasing Php Memory Limit
  2. Disabling Cache
  3. Disabling Cdn
  4. Permalinks

If none of that helps, please give us FTP access as well. If you’re not familiar with FTP, please get this your web host.

Thank you for your reply.
I tried the solutions you suggested but didn’t get a positive result.
Maybe the problem is because I upgraded the theme and cornerstone from a much older version (more than 12 months).
Please use the FTP credentials to access the website and determine the source of the problem.
