Cornerstone and its builders Page(s) cannot be found

I’m trying to access cornerstone to update pages and get a 404 error. Cornerstone is apparently looking for “https://domain/cornerstone/launch/headers”. there is no folder “launch”.
what am i missing?
When I click on Cornerstone in the side menu, I get the same info looking for https://domain/cornerstone/launch.

Thanks for reaching out!

Please make the that the permalinks are set to post name. To do that, go to Settings > Permalinks and set it to post name.

If it doesn’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
