Cornerstone and critical error

Hello, i getting critical error when cornerstone is installed: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'Cornerstone_Integration_.integrations' not found in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/common/class-integration-manager.php:61

Tried to reinstall X theme, disable all plugins except cornerstone, but it doesn’t help.

Hi @Skarazin,

Your website admin panel is not accessible and showing the Critical Error notice. And your FTP is pointing to some other site, where the X theme is not installed. Please check the issue or provide the FTP that points to the directory where the site is pointing out.

I deleted cornerstone plugin, now site is accessible.
and ftp folder where website is: /domains/isaacfilm.com/public_html/

Hi @Skarazin,

I tried the activate the Cornerstone plugin but it seems that it not working properly at your server.
I recommend the following troubleshooting.

1.) Increase PHP Memory Limit
2.) Increase PHP Execution Time Limit

I recommend increasing the following server settings to the specified value or larger. Please consult to your web host for all these server settings

PHP configuration recommended

memory_limit = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300

After setting all these server configuration, it would be best if you could copying your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details of your staging site installation.

  • Staging WordPress Login URL
  • Staging website Admin level username and password

Can you also provide us FTP access to your staging area incase there’s an error when activating cornerstone then we can do the troubleshooting right away.

Hi @Skarazin,

The installed X theme and Cornerstone is modified, we’re not sure what’s cause but by comparing with the our copy, we found soem of the files are modified. There are also few extra files are found which are not related to the **Cornerstone, this is only happen if there is a malware or there is some features that altering the installation.

I would recommend re-installing X theme first, then cornerstone, if the issue persist, then you can try a clean installation of Wordpress, X and cornerstone.

If the cause is server Wide, then the only way to confirm this is testing the installation on different host, just for testing.
