Cornerstone after update: blank page

Hi,

I updated cornerstone and X theme. When I try to edit any page, cornerstone is blank (shows only footer, which is not made in cornerstone).

Please help ASAP.

Hi @gamcoder,

I’ve checked your site, and it looks like there’s some html when cornerstone is trying to render elements. I’ll add it in a secure note. I’ve made an adjustment to the next update that will be more generous and try to work around additional markup like that, but you may want to find out where it is coming from since it could cause conflicts with other plugins as well.

Ok, thanks. Now it renders page, but changes fonts. Where does this “some html” come from? How can I fix it?

Glad that it fixed now. The code might be coming from one of the plugins you are using, you can do the plugin conflict troubleshoot to recognize it.
A few hours ago we have released another version of the theme with some fixes, I would recommend you to update your theme to the latest one.
I would also suggest you follow the below steps while updating to the latest version of the theme.

  1. Delete the Cornerstone
  2. Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates
  3. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be at the latest version
