Cornerstone . activate . problem

Hi there,

after I updated cornerstone plugin I had some problems so I had to deactivate and activate all the plugins but the cornerstone is not letting me activating it…
I also tried this link on the message:
“You’re almost ready to start using X. Please click here to activate the required Cornerstone plugin.”
but I get a blanc page.
can you help me activating it?

Thanks for reaching out.
The PHP version might be the reason behind your issue, I would suggest you upgrade the PHP version to 7.4 by contacting your Hosting Service provide and check if that issue resolves or not.
If that does not helps, please deactivate and delete the X and re-install it by downloading from your Themeco Account by following the below steps.

1. Delete the Cornerstone, if already installed
2. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be at the latest version

If none of the above resolved your issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– FTP/CPanel credentials for file access

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
