Cornerstone - Accordeon doesn't unfold

Hey there,

I have the following problem:

the unfolding of the accordeon component does not work.
You can see the issue by yourself on FAQ - AMAC (amac-kampfkunst.de)
The JS console gives me the following:

Strangely the accordeon does work when I’m logged into my wordpress account.

Hi Kampfkex

Thanks for reaching out.
I checked your site and found that the Cornerstone is using the older version i.e 5.1.5 and the X theme is also using the older version i.e 8.3.2. The issue you are having might be due to the incompatibility between X and Cornerstone. I would suggest you follow the below steps while updating the X theme and the Cornerstone.

1. Delete the Cornerstone existing one
2. Update the X theme to the latest version i.e. 8.3.3
3. After deletion of the Cornerstone, please use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone.

I checked your given page URL it seems that the FAQ page accordion is working fine at my end. Please have a look at the video in the secure note. It might be the browser cache issue at your end. I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again or it would be best if you could check it in the private mode of the browser.

I just checked again and indeed it does work again as expected. I didn’t even had to clean the browser cache.
