Cornerstone - 80% of the elements won't work/save

Using the cornerstone page builder and trying to use a Themeco Header, it shows an error. In Cornerstone itself and it you create a page and try to insert a pre-built template. Different domains with all permissions correct.

Ex. Create New Page > try to insert “Save the Date” > Error: “Uh Oh, Failed to save template”
Ex. Create Header Using Sidebar menu in Cornerstone > Choose Themeco > Choose “Almost Any Page
At All” > Error: some weird compression thing with a code for each one.

Is this a known issue?

To help you with your concerns we need to check your settings, I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password
  • Exact page URL
