Cornerstone 5.0.10 won't load

Hi, after I update X theme to version 8.0.10 and cornerstone to 5.0.10, it (cornerstone) does not load anymore, I have already turned off third party plugins, my PHP is 7+, before the update it was absolutely fine, and I can’t downgrade it too, only X. How do I proceed?

Hey Joao,

Thanks for doing some troubleshooting already. Since it’s not a version compatibility issue nor a plugin conflict, it could be an “out of memory” issue. Please try your Increasing Php Memory Limit

If that doesn’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin username and password
• FTP access (just in case we’ll need it)
