I was having the same issue. Went to Dashboard > Settings > General and changed my WordPress and Site URL’s to match my domain (rather than the CNAME that my host uses). Now, it seems to work.
http://myaccount.myhost.com [changed to] http://www.mydomain.com
I also purged my site’s cache beforehand… so, maybe that had something to do with it.
Thanks for sharing,
But the Site and Home URL is what it should be as it has. Even though I disabled everything and have CloudFlare to ignore /x/* it still got stuck for editing the pages. Header builder works fine as long as I disable my CSS and JS modifications
UPDATE
It is the Rocket loader in Cloudflare that break Cornerstone. But it’s annoying to be forced to shut it off every single time someone should edit something on the pages. Bypass domain.com/x/ didn’t work.
Hi there,
In that case, please provide your CloudFlare’s login credentials as well.
Thanks!
See secure note
Hi There,
Please refer to this article.

Hope it helps
It is the rocket loader but I can’t exclude certain pages or folders from rocket loader.
Hi There,
Which pages? Please provide a more detailed explanation on the issue, thanks!
All pages since a navigation is site wide, right?
Hi There,
The content builder open up on my end (see screenshot below). I did check your CloudFlare page rules settings and it is the correct settings.
Please purge your entire CloudFlare caching, clear all your caching and optimizer plugins and your browser’s cache.
Just a heads up, we’ve just release a maintenance update addressing a handful of issues (see the Changelog).
Please update to Pro v1.2.2
Remember to clear all caches after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Cheers!
Done that, but can check in the new release of the update and try once again.
Hi There,
I did check your site again, and yes I can open the page in Cornerstone. Would you mind clearing all your caching and minifier plugins and feature again and deactivate it for a while, and lets see if that resolves the issue on your end. And try using the Incognito/Private mode of your browser.
Thanks,
