Corersone not working correcttly

Hi,
last week I bought the latest version of X-theme with Cornerstone, installed with the latest version of WordPress.
I loaded Demo-Designs from Themeco, but want to alter it on various pages.
My problem is now, that Cornerstone doesn’t work correctly.
I start Cornerstone and see the Sidebar, but only WordPress-content shows up in the right part of the screen. Some areas can be changed in design, but not in content. Some don’t show up anywhere. Some show up in the Browser, when sved and Cornerstone is quitted. The “not classical items” just present a “Loading”-sign in Cornerstone, but never finish up loading.
That certainly is no option for working with cornerstone.
So let me know, what the problem is with cornerstone, because I had a similar problem with another site some months ago.
It’s serious, becausewith X I bought an expensive theme for a customer, but now I have to admit, that I gave him only bad advice.

Sorry to hear that you’re having a problem using the cornerstone. Would you mind providing your site’s URL, admin and FTP login credentials in a secure note? And please provide a video recording of the issue you’re getting especially the part of sidebar and content (selective area).

I have logged in and I can confirm the issue. ​We recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

I checked and it’s all working fine, I also checked other pages and the error message only appears twice, perhaps your site is getting traffics that caused this issue while you’re checking it? It works okay regardless of test I made.

So, I had a delay with my server or a problem with the Plugins after all.
