ConvertPlus X-Theme Cornerstone Template Upload Conflict

Hello,
We are currently running 25 sites using X-Theme v7.2.3 Cornerstone v4.2.3. The issue we are having is that when you download a template from one site, and attempt to upload it to another an error is received saying the file is not formatted correctly.

That said when we deactivate the ConvertPlus plugin the template uploads with no issues. When we re-activate the ConvertPlus plugin no templates can be uploaded. This is a universal issue accross all of our sites.

Also, this is a very high profile client and I cannot delegate access to your team. But, since it’s happening on all of our sites I’m sure you’ll be able to duplicate the issue.

Hey Tim,

Yes, this is a known issue. The solution for now is to temporarily deactivate ConvertPlus if you’re going to use the Template Manager.
