ConvertPlus trigger second modal when first one closes

Hi,

I’m using Zoho CRM and have form HTML code that works in Convert Plus modal. I want to trigger a second modal ‘thank you’ after the form is completed. I need a URL to trigger per Zoho CRM, since they provide a link to visit when the form is submitted.

I contacted the ConvertPlus developer about this and they said to talk with you because the plugin is bundled with X Theme.

To trigger second modal after closing the other, you might need to redirect it.
