ConvertPlus (There are no help in your Suport Page) - Please advise!

I am trying to get convertPlus to work, but I am getting frustrated with the lack of information on your support page.

convertPlus comes as a bundle with x-Theme. The Addon can be connected to several others addon such as Contact Form 7. However, right off the bat, I noticed the following:

1. In my plugins area convert Plus require Activate License, and when you try to validate it with your x-Theme purchase from Envato it just does not work
2. When you go to convert Plus addon, you see Contac Form 7 available, but you must Validate Purchase
3. To link convert Plus with Contact Form 7 you must have Contact Form 7 Addon as described in here. However, there is no such plugin.

There are several other little things but looks like the main one is activation!

Would someone please explain what is the simple way to manage convert Plus send an email!

Thanks for asking.

To use ConvertPlug plugin you don’t need purchase code. However, to install Addons that are premium (they have free ones too) will require you to purchase a fresh licence of ConvertPlus. In your case, you will need to purchase a new licence to use Contact Form 7 addon.
