I am working on my website zen company.nl and in the footer section I have a newsletter field created with a content modal. I want to connect this to either an email form or ConvertPlus but both is not working.
Email form gives a known error as I have seen from other threads on this forum.
ConvertPlus shortcode inserted in the content modal field is not displaying the ConvertPlus modal that I have created.
Can you please have a look?

Thanks for writing in! I have inspected and investigated the issue. It turns out you are using the wrong shortcode. Please note that you are using a content area modal. Your shortcode should be the one that displays the ConvertPlus modal popup and not the launch with shortcode option.
So instead of using this:
[cp_modal id="cp_id_fca93"]Meld je aan voor onze nieuwsletter[/cp_modal]
You need to use this inside the content area modal:
[cp_modal display="inline" id="cp_id_fca93"][/cp_modal]
Please check your site now.
