I have a problem with ConvertPlus. Am I right that I have to ask you about support?
The schedule function of modals seems to be broken. I tested on two sites, but there seems to be a lot of problems with scheduling, i.e.:
- A modal gets not deactivated if the end of a schedule is reached.
- A modal gets not activated if scheduling should start.
- A duplicated modal seems somehow most problematic when scheduling. I have seen times that setting the schedule for a duplicated modal changed the schedule of the original modal. It seems the modals are somehow still interconnected. But it is not clear how to reproduce this issue.
- I set up a schedule for a modal. Returning a day later to the modal sections I see that all schedules are gone. Instead there is only a “( to )” where should be something like “( 18-Nov-2020 (11:17 AM) to 18-Nov-2020 (12:17 PM) )”
I have the suspicion that ConvertPlus does not work with a Wordpress time and date setting used in Europe like 18 November 2020, 14.00 instead of 11/18/2020 2 PM.

Do you have any experience with this issue? What other informations can I provide to you to get things sorted out?
