Hi there,

I seem to be having trouble with my ribbon that I created in Convertplus. It doesn’t seem to show despite the settings indicating that it should. I do have it set to only display on my home, about and contact pages. Also, if there is a conversion on it, it shouldn’t display for XX amount of time.

However, I would simply like to test it out on my site. I can’t seem to get it to load though.

Help please.

Please provide following information:
Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

I just updated the info with a secure note. Thank you. I look forward to hopefully sorting this out.

Hi kurisu777,

Thank you for the login information. The fact is that the Info Bar was showing correctly but you did not set it to be sticky, so it was appearing at the very bottom of the page and did not stick to the lower section of the browser. I checked the Sticky option and now it shows correctly:

You have another ribbon on regarding the GDPR and Cookies which goes over the ConvertPlus Info Bar. You need to close that to see the bar.
