I see that you have Pro Theme and X Theme licence and the website link you have shared is using Pro Theme. You can take a look at following resources. Though it explains the concepts using Cornerstone, however logic and process remains the same and applies to Pro Theme as well:

@Prasant I tried to do exactly the same thing triggering it by adding class to the button, but didn’t do the trick. Or am I missing something?

Another question though. Is there any workaround for showing the popup after triggering it someone has disabled popups? Seems like a lot of people have it on these days.

Usually if a popup blocker is active and a request for lightbox is generated then the user will get a notification in browser for the same whether or not to display the popup.
