ConvertPlus outputting twice on blog page

ConvertPlus is outputting code twice on my page… once after the blog post (this is correct), and a second time below the footer (huh?). Why is this happening? I have plugins up to date. I tested for plugin conflicts and it still adding that extra space under my blog posts.

The reason this is a problem is because it’s adding extra white space below the blog.

Please add following CSS under X > Launch > Options > CSS to remove the spacing after footer:

.cp-module.cp-modal-popup-container.cp_id_ca81a {margin-top:0;}
