Convertplus not working anymore

my convertplus is not working anymore.
can i reset the installation of themex or something, this plugin is totaly messed up
it wont let me start new modal and not let me edit modals

Thanks for writing in.

What do you mean by not working? May I know how to trigger your ConvertPlus? Your site is too slow too and it won’t load in the admin.

Resetting the theme installation will not fix it since ConvertPlus has no integration with X theme, it’s just a bundled plugin.
