Since the last update, when I try and edit my modal popup in ConvertPlus, a chunk of the text is missing. The popup shows correctly when the frontend of the website loads, but the top text is not shown/editable in the backend editor.

I don’t see any field to add the 2FA, I suggest that you disable your 2FA plugin. On the other hand, there could be a plugin or custom code that affects your convert plus editor.
I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

Unfortunately, I am able to see the full content of the Popup window. Can you please check once by clearing all types of cache?

It’s still not showing for me. I’ve cleared all browser history and caches. I’m using Chrome on Windows 10, but also logged in with Edge and Opera…still nothing. It’s not working for my colleagues either, who are on Macs. I’ve also logged in using Incognito mode and I can’t see the popup content.

I have tested it again with Windows 10 operating system and Google Chrome browser, I have also checked in Ubuntu and Mac and the result was the same. Can you please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem?

You must have a magic computer. 
I’ve tried it on Windows 10, Mac and Android (Chrome, Edge and Opera), on both my live server (GoDaddy) and testing server (IONOS). The problem is the same everywhere. The popup is fine on the front end, but the top text disappears on the back end. Even if I input new text and save it in the top text field, it disappears again upon the next reload. All caches and browser history cleared. See pics…

Like my colleague, the text shows up in the builder on my end too.
There must be something in your computers only that causes the issue. Regretfully, since the text shows up on our end, we have nothing to troubleshoot.
I just suspect that your computers and/or network prevent the Lato font or any Google font from being loaded in the ConvertPlus builder.
I’ve changed the font to Verdana. Please check if that helps.
If that doesn’t help, regretfully, you’ll need to consult with a local IT expert in your area to check your computers.
