ConvertPlus modal not working on iPhone 6s or Desktop Chrome

I’ve added a pop up modal to the Home page. It works just fine using my desktop browser (Edge). When I access the Home page using my iPhone 6s (11.3) using Safari or Desktop Chrome, the pop up does not display. I configured the modal under Target Page and set Enable on Complete Site to No. I then selected the Home page under Enable Only On. Under Repeat Control, I set Enable Cookies to Yes. I also set Do Not Show After Conversion to 0 and Do Not Show After Closing to 0.

It works every time on my iPad Mini 2. It also works every time on my Android Smartphone.

NOTE: It works on Chrome if I open a New incognito window. Seems like it has something to do with Cookies.

I cleared the Cookies on Desktop Chrome and my iOS 6s device and it now works as expected.
