ConvertPlus Modal --> Noscroll on small screen

Hi support,

I’m having an issue with ConvertPlus, and its modal box.

Activation works, but we definetly have an issue with a script, adding “cp-exceed-vieport” to the class of html object in the source code.

At the same time, “cp-exceed-vieport” should also appear on the cp-modal div class.

But it doesn’t.

We should have on the CSS panel :

html.cp-exceed-vieport {
overflow: hidden !important;}

making the modal box to scroll if content is heigher than the viewport.

But as the cp-exceed-vieport isn’t dynamically added, no scroll…

Quick video available here to explain the mess :

Hello There,

Thanks for posting in! Regretfully we cannot check the site because after logging in, we are asked to enter the verification code. Could you please disable this verification so that we can login?

Regards.

Oh, sorry for that

Two factor authentication disabled :slight_smile:

Checked again at the source code, it’s so weird man :slight_smile:

Click on “contact” add cp-mp-open class to html tag (but not .cp-exceed-vieport)

So, for scroll to work, we should have

html.cp-exceed-vieport .cp-overlay {
overflow: auto !important;
}

I can work something out with :slight_smile:

html.cp-mp-open .cp-overlay {
overflow: auto !important;
}

But that’s kind of “dirty”…

Hey There,

Is the other site using the same version? This could be a bug in the latest release. We will report this to the creators of the plugin for them to take further investigation.

Meanwhile, please use the css trick you have to temporarily resolve the issue.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hi RueNel,

I’ve tried on a brand new install : convert plug + contact form 7, no other plugin.

Php 5.6, no caching, no fancy stuff : had the very same issue.

Tried with CSS tweak :slight_smile:

html.cp-mp-open {overflow:hidden !important}
html.cp-mp-open .cp-overlay {overflow:auto !important}

Worked like a charm, but might be a small bug on convert plus side, as other CSS class are dynamically added on other place without issue.

Ticket closed, hope you’ll find a solution with convert plus team…

Best regards

Charles
