Hello guys, Im creating a new thread becuase the other one was closed without resovling it. i have since deleted and reactivated the ConvertPlus plugin and I’ve disabled the plugins to see if it loads, but the issue continues…
I cannot load the ‘info bar’ template.
Also, the website seems to load slowly and its one of the slowest websites out of the 170 Xthemes we have created… Not sure if it has something to do with the plugin not being able to load.

Would you mind providing the link to the site in question as you have a lot of licenses in your account.
Do you have it setup in a staging site? If so, kindly provide us with the login details to the site so that we can check it.
For the meantime, please check in the console if you can see any JS error, if there is kindly clear your site and browser cache and see if it fixes the issue.
