Hello, I created a social sharing slide-in in ConvertPlus. In the “Hide on Devices” section, I selected mobile, as I do not want this slide-in to show on mobile because it takes up too much of the screen and blocks text. The option is not being honored; the slide-in is still showing on mobile. I put a test page below.
Is this a known issue? Is there a trick to make this work?

It looks like ConvertPlus fixed this in release 3.1.3 in December, 2017. Which version is running in Pro?

On my local dev setup I created a fresh social share slidein and I fiddled with Hide On Device function. And it seems to be working fine. Here is a screencast that you can take a look. https://cloudup.com/c-G7vNiElNI
I also tested the link you have shared and that too is also working fine on my end. On mobile screens slide-in is not showing up. Please see sceencast (link in secure note).
As of now the supported version of Convertplus is 3.2.3. Please make sure that you are using supported version of Convertplus. I also see that you are using Cloudflare, please try clearing the cache and then see how it goes.

Thanks, I figured it out before you replied. I was using a Child Theme of an older version of Pro. I guess the older version had an older version of ConvertPlus, before it was fixed.
I bit the bullet and upgraded to the new version of Pro; now it’s working.

Oh no! You were right. I disabled WP Fastest Cache when upgrading themes. I just turned it on and it broke ConvertPlus again. Dammit.

Please note that when you deactivate a cache plugin the cache is still there,
Kindly clear your plugin cache and see if that resolves the issue.
