ConvertPlus Email Templates and Special Fields

Hi, does anyone have a list of fields that can be used in the email setting of ConvertPlus?
This is the default message I have, I would like to add things like pop-up name and page url/title

<p>You've got a new subscriber to the Campaign: {{list_name}} </p><p>Here is the information :</p>{{content}}<p>Congratulations! Wish you many more.<br>This e-mail was sent from " . {{CP_PLUS_NAME}}. " on {{blog_name}} {{site_url}}</p>

Regretfully, ConvertPlus does not have such list.
