ConvertPlus Email Notification Not Working

Hi there!

I’ve got a slidein form up and running at my website www.juneberrymedia.com but I do not receive email notifications when submissions are made — can you help?

I followed the instructions here https://www.convertplug.com/plus/docs/how-can-i-turn-on-subscriber-notification-in-convertplus/ and it still doesn’t work. SMTP is working as I’ve gotten email from WordPress for comments on posts, etc.

There could be a plugin or custom code that affects your ConvertPlus Email Notifications.

2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
3. THEME UPDATE
4. CHILD THEME
5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY
