Hey guys,

I feel like this a really daft question and I am wondering if we have ConvertPlus set up wrong, but currently, if someone fills out a modal pop-up we need to manually check the ‘Connects’ section of the plugin and export the contacts in order to see if someone has filled out the form on a very regular basis

Surely there is an easier way to do this? Is there a way to get an email notification when someone fills out a pop-up and submits it? It just doesn’t seem right! Am I missing something?

Thanks for writing in it.

What provider you’re using? Is it MailChimp?

I don’t think there is an available option like that, the purpose of that is just to capture the data and forward to 3rd party provider like MailChimp. Then, you can handle the subscription and configure it there.
