ConvertPlus Content Fly in

Hi,

I have a simple question on convert plus popups. Ive created a popup and no matter what animation style I choose, the content in the popup seems to fly in at slightly different times, which is an effect I dont want. Is there a way of switching that slightly weird effect off?

Thanks,

Hello @wbc,

Thanks for writing to us.

In order to disable the animation of the popup I would suggest you go to the Popup —>Modal Animation —>select the Entry Animation Effect/Exit Animation Effect as “No Effect”
Modal-Popup-Designer-‹-Themeco-—-WordPress

Hope it helps
Thanks

Thanks but it was already set to that and the text and content still has a weird scroll in effect. Does the content somehow have a different animation setting somewhere that I cant see?

Hi @wbc,

If that is already set, then we need to check the website URL and the animation you are referring to. I would request you please provide the website URL and login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Hi @wbc,

To investigate the settings please provide the credentials for the staging site.

Thanks

Thats updated

Hello @wbc,

I tried to access the staging site but it requires a popup login to access the site admin URL. Please disable the security plugin or share the popup form login access. The live site is not accessible on my end due to IP restrictions, I would suggest you please disable the IP restriction plugin so we can check it on our end.

Thanks

Hi,
I gave you the site login details in the secure note. That was the first set of credentials. Youve been blocked on the production site. Only log in to the staging site as I havent set you up on Production.

Thanks,

Hey @wbc,

I have checked the staging site and I couldn’t find any piece of code that affects the transition of the form in the Convertplus modal popup. I checked Cornerstone > Custom CSS, Appearance > Additional CSS, and the child theme. There is none so far. I guess that transition inside the modal is from the built-in styling of the ConvertPlus modal since you are using a plugin template. You may be able to remove the transition by using custom CSS. Be advised that custom CSS coding is beyond the scope of our support under our Support Policy. If you are unfamiliar with code and resolving potential conflicts, you may select our One service for further assistance.

Best Regards.

Thanks,

So theres no easy way of switching off that animation?

Hey @wbc,

I already looked around for any possible to do it. It is just that the ConvertPlus plugin does not have any setting to allow us to change or remove the effects. Regretfully, custom CSS coding is the only way to di it.

Best Regards.
