Convertplus Button Does not submit!

Submit Button is not working anymore. (after update of all plugins and theme) Please do not give me a list of possible updates or plugins, I tried.

Please check Chrome browser too. Pretty sure its not the cache, as I use plugins too and just tried. I also tried optin in from my mobile phone and still not working.

Hello @alexnestor,

I used Chrome Browser to open your website. I have also tested the website on Firefox and Safari and on my end I don’t see any issue with the submit button. Here’s another screencast wherein I have used Firefox and Safari to open website.

A screencast is not going to help me figure out whats wrong. It’s not that I don’t believe you.

I need some advice or help of what might be wrong when I try.

Hi there,

I have checked your site and tested the form on Firefox and Chrome in a Windows machine and I am having no problems submitting the form as well:

It could be that you are seeing a cached version of the site that is why you are getting issues submitting the form. Please make sure you have cleared your site and browser cache or try to load the site in Incognito or Private mode then try to check the site again or check it in a different device.
