ConvertPlus - add a close button to a footer form

Hi there,

We have an issue we’re not sure how to correct. We have a ConvertPlus email submission form in the footer and normally, we don’t want an exit button on it.

That said, we’d like the exit button to appear once an email has been submitted and the “thank you” message is shown.

How do we go around doing that?
