ConvertPlus 500 Error

Hi,

All of my websites using ConvertPlus are crashing. Wherever ConvertPlus is installed I am getting a 500 error and am unable to access either the front end or back end of the website. My web host discovered that this is the case and renamed the plugin folder, which disabled the plugin and allowed access to the website again.

I have tried reinstalling ConvertPlus again on one of the websites and once again it gave the 500 error.

Is this a known issue?

Hi Christopher,

This issue is related to the current version we have bundled with the theme, we have a ticket opened regarding this issue to update this bundled version to the latest version to avoid this issue. Although I don’t have an ETA to share regarding this update, but our team is working on that issue.
