Convertplug shortcode popup not working

Hey,

I have added active campain form with convert plug to popup when some one clicks on button .

I had added few on them on my clients site . And they are working fine , When My client asked for a new form to add . I tried to add but the popup is not working .and of them is not working also that I had added last time . but 1 popup is working fine .

I have tried to add throught class , short code . but they are not working .

the home page and seller page popup is working fine but buyer, invest is not working .

I think , I am misssing some thing or some thing is confecting . plz check . And enlight me .

Thanks for writing in!

I’ve checked your site and there are multiple jQuery errors both on the Buyers, Investors, Home page and other pages of your site (https://monosnap.com/file/oF4riV8QWdjPBpHbY5VAHn2gPljxnH#).

I’d recommend deactivating all other plugins apart from ConvertPlug and testing one by one what is causing the conflict, along with checking any custom code you may have added.

I have deactived all the other plugins expect the convertplug . and I haven’t used any custom code on the site yet . but the problem still continues , this is very frustrating plz advice . thanks @Jack

I’ve taken further investigation and it seems that your form has some issues which caused the popup not to work. I have disabled all your modal popups and created a test modal popup. Convertplug modal popup is working fine. You can test it here: http://www.millmovers.com/faq/.Click the “what to do” button and the modal popup will display. This illustrate that something in your form code has created the issues which have affected and prevented ConvertPlug modal to work. Since the code of the form is coming from a 3rd party, please consult the source of the code and make some changes to resolve your issue.
