ConvertPlug has stopped working on our site. None of the info bars are showing up properly on the frontend of the site as well as all the icons missing from the plugin package. All plugins/themes are up to date and we’ve already deactivated all plugins without fixing the issue.

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that few of the icon font files are not able to render from the desired location while showing the output.
I would suggest you delete and re-install the plugins once again and troubleshoot a few common issues if that exists after re-installation.
If none of the above helps, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access as you did for your live site.
