Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Please remove the link of the button (http://prntscr.com/g6qbfr). The modal popup is supposedly trigger when you click on the button. If there is a link of the button, it will just go to that link and the modal popup will no longer display because the page will now go to the page you added in the link.

Thanks for updating in! You must also add the modal popup within the page or make sure that it is live or else nothing will happen. I went ahead and changed the status to live (http://prntscr.com/g7351k) . It is now working (http://prntscr.com/g734x8).

Thank you for doing it! Just so i learn;
When you say

do you mean using that shortcode they provide + raw HTML element? or is there an CS element that i can use?

by live i assume there is some kind of publish button on the plugin’s page that i missed. oops! :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi There,

Please watch this video on how to do that.

On Wp Admin Dashboard > Convertplug > Modals> you have on modal paused, make sure the modal you are trying to trigger is not paused.
