Convertkit forms have disappeared

Hi guys!
FOr some reason, my convertkit forms have disappeared - everything is up-to-date, and no plugins have been added or changed.
As you can see, the code is there, but it’s not showing up at all.

Any clues to why?

I have logged in to your site and I could not fine the page with the convertkit code. Could you please point us to the correct url? If you have inserted it in one pf your pages, please use raw content element and do not place the convertkit form code inside the text element.

There are 2 forms on the homepage and they are in raw elements…still invisible…
Any clue to why?

I have investigated the issue and it seems that the API key is invalid or there is an error related to the API.

Please check your api settings or create a new one and make sure that you have properly set it up.
