Converted X to Pro, Won't validate

I have converted previous licenses with no issue. However this morning, I converted a license from X to Pro, and entered in the license number for newenglandautomall.com and it keeps saying: “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”. I even went back into the old site that the X Theme license was originally licensed for and “revoked license”. It still will not validate with the new domain.

Thanks for writing in! You cannot validate your Pro theme because you’re using an older version of Pro (v1.2.6). The latest version of Pro theme is v2.4.6 which you can see here (https://theme.co/changelog/).

Also you don’t need Cornerstone plugin in Pro theme as it will create conflicts. You need to delete Cornerstone plugin first and then also delete your current version of Pro theme (all of your current data will be safe in the database). Then download the latest version of Pro from your Themeco account, install it and then you should be able to validate your site.

Please note: Since you’re using an older version of Pro theme, we suggest you to take a full backup of your site before installing the latest version.
