Is there a way to convert or import regular wordpress blog post content from an old site that doesn’t have pro or cornerstone into a wordpress site running Pro as pro content that will be editable in pro?

There is no automated way of exporting a post directly to a Pro Builder/Cornerstone editor. You will have to manually convert the posts into a Cornerstone post for you to be able to edit them using Cornerstone.
