Convert Plus keeps saying that there is an update. I run the update. it says it went through successfully. Then a minute later, it reappears, saying I’m still on the older version, saying I need to update.
You have version 3.5.11 installed. Update to 3.5.13.
and when i click on the view details of update link, it says the plugin doesn’t exist.
Plugin not found.

The latest version we have on Convert Plus is 3.5.11, Please check the version compatibility page if the latest versions are already available.
We are currently testing our themes and plugins with the updated version of WordPress, theme and bundled plugins will be released after it has passed our test.
