Convert Plus with Infusionsoft Integration

Hi,

I’m using the Convert Plus plugin. I was able to create a campaign that would integrate with Infusionsoft. I then created a modal popup form with First Name, Last Name and Email with that campaign.

When I submit the form I get the following error:
No Field Found: Contact.last_name

I don’t see anywhere to map fields so I’m not sure what to do.

Any ideas?

Never mind. I figured it out. I just needed the table mapping.
