Convert Plus - Trying to Import a Template Stuck

Hi, I’m trying to import a template from Convert Plus (the Join Greatest Mailing List) - have clicked ‘Import This’ and it just gets stuck with the cog wheel going round and the message saying ‘Importing’. I’ve tried other templates and get the same issue.

Also, when I tried to add the MailChimp add-on I got the message ‘Download failed.Forbidden’

I host with BlueHost.
