Convert Plus slide in won't stop appearing

Hi there,

I have an issue with a slide in I created a few months ago using convert plus. Once the slide was no longer relevant last monday, I paused it. However I still found that it was appearing on some random pages and in some cases the X to close it also wasn’t working.

I have actually deleted the slide-in now and it is still appearing on random pages across the website, our website is massive so I can’t pin point every page it appears on, but here is one as an example with link and image.

I don’t understand how it can still be showing when I have actually deleted it from convert plus.

Thanks for writing in! I have logged in and investigated this issue. I can see that there is a JS error on the page. Somehow, the default jquery.js WordPress file were unloaded or removed. This could be caused by a 3rd party plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
