Convert Plus Slide In Button Not Working

Hello we have created a slide in with Convert plus

We have the button leading to a blog post, but when you click on the button it doesn’t take you anywhere

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! I checked your site and I couldn’t see the slide in even after scrolling down. However I noticed the content on your site is being served by the cache, this could be causing the issue also there are couple of JS errors in browser’s console which is breaking your site. Navigate to Theme Options > JS section and remove your custom JS ( take a complete backup of JS before removing the code ) as it is triggering an error and then make sure to clear all caches after making changes to the site so they reflect on the front-end as well.

Hello thank you, i’ve tried clearing the cache after removing the JS and that did not work

I was able to get the slide in to work, I had to be in Incognito mode to get it to work

Would you mind checking now?

Hey again,

Sorry, this is the update: the button works fine but the browser gives me the notification “Pop-up is blocked”. I changed the setting when click on the button and tried both _self and _blank but browser for some reason blocks it. How can I fix it? Thanks!
