Hi there,
We have a popup that looks good when viewed from inside the popup editor, but once it’s viewed live it’s blurry.
Also, it’s set up to be shown immediately when you visit the page, but our clients are unable to see it, even though we can.
What can we do about those issues? Thank you in advance.

The popup looks normal for me on frontend. Seems the same for backend and frontend. See screencast.
I can see it too. Please ask you clients to check on another browser. Possible reason might be a browser addons.
