Convert Plus Popup Glitching

Hello,

I have ConvertPlus set up popup with a form when users click the “download specs” button (page: https://sandbox.zivelo.com/products/hardware/), but the popup occurs when users click anywhere near the “download specs” botton. How can I correct this?

Thanks for reaching out.

The ConvertPlus class trigger should be directly added to the button’s class. You have added it to the section’s class so clicking anywhere on that section opens the modal. The class selector is modal-trigger. Please move it from the section where the download buttons are, then add it to the button’s class.

That is incorrect, I had added the class selector to the button’s customization area. It is set up correctly, but isn’t behaving correctly. Please review.

Yes, you have added it to your button but I can see that you have added it to your section as well.

Please remove the class in your Product Univerrse Section
