Convert Plus pop-up stopped working on our site

From what I can see in our analytics, our ConvertPlus pop up window stopped working on our website around 0ct 22, 2018 with no notice, and it should still be working. All of the settings are correct, and nothing was changed.

ConvertPlus comes with our X Theme and should be working. Can you help?

I notice it also says “activate license” next to the info in the plug in’s section, which it shouldn’t say - because it comes from free with our paid X theme. We never had to have a license, and the pop-up worked fine before.

So I went into the settings and turned it off, and then turned it on again, then logged out of the website, and now it seems to be working again, which is funny - b/c I figured that out myself, and the plug in creator didn’t even suggest that. They wanted me to create a user account for them to troubleshoot.

Are you able to verify it’s working on your end?
