Convert Plus pop-up module no longer has email entry or submit button?

So I’ve had Convert Plus installed since I moved to Themeco. It’s been a great pop-up module for me and has collected a lot of emails.

But something happened these last few months and it’s no longer populating the email entry box or the submit button in my Main & Sidebar Pop-up Modules. I don’t even see the email entry or submit button populate it in the creation wizard.

I’ve tried disabling plugins, but it didn’t seem to help.

I can tell from the Converts Plus Connect Mail Chimp Add-on’s analytics, it seems to have broke on July 3rd 2022

I’ve exhausted everything I can figure out and really need to get this back up and running. It was working great!

I’ll had login credentials to this secure note.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the Sidebar Newsletter modal but didn’t find any form in it. It seems that the form has been overridden somehow. If you don’t have any backup of it, you need to create it from scratch.

My Main Newsletter & Sidebar Newsletter both have had this issue of the form not populating.

What I’m confused about is, why can’t I select the Form again and add it to the Module?

Am I supposed to drag and drop it onto the module during creation, or just click it and it auto-populates itself?

Clicking doesn’t seem to add it, and if I drag and drop it just looks out of place?

Also, I’ve tried creating a new Blank Style Module, but for some reason it doesn’t give me the Form Designer tab during creation?

I also don’t see the Submission button on the left bar?

There isn’t a way for me to fix the original Newsletters I’ve created? They have some pretty good numbers and I’d like to keep them going. Worked perfect for years up until a month ago when the Form stopped populating.
